LCL bet on disabled access in their bank branches
This new generation of front desk has already been installed in 3 branches: two in the Île de France area as well as in the central headquarters Boulevard des Italiens, in Paris. It has easy access for partially deaf people thanks to an amplification system via the client hearing aid or a handset for persons that are not equipped. The desk height is also electrically adjustable in height to adapt itself to persons with limited mobility.
