In a spacious room, Coeur PRG operators (Operational center for centralized operations of Paris Rive Gauche area) monitor the traffic flow of several express train lines (C, N and U RER) as well as some regional express lines.
This new working space has been designed to improve coworking between all the teams. The goal: an utmost efficiency serving travelers in standard and disrupted conditions. Monitoring this large network requires 24/7 adaptable technological and ergonomic equipment. In this context, Craie Design conceived, manufactured and installed 22 I-Kube workstations with electrical adjustments (work surface and screens). We also provided some acoustic panels to help reducing noise pollution in such a large and crowdy open space.
21 COGCs (Operational centers for traffic management), based in different French regions, monitor the 15,000-train traffic all around the country on a minute-to-minute and a 24/7 basis.
Craie Design provided 4 bespoke I-Kube workstations to Strasbourg’s COGC. As well as in Paris Montparnasse, the workstations are equipped with electrical adjustments (work surface and screens) and are compatible with up to 10 screens.
