Design really matters
Craie Design attaches a large importance to functional design but also to the aesthetic part of products. A visually pleasant work space will contribute to the operators better-being and motivation. This is why our flagship, the I-Kube, received the “Observeur du Design” label by the APCI (Agency for the Promotion of Industrial Creation) that rewards the best realizations every year (products, spaces, services) from all kind of fields of activity.
In order to bring fast and customized answers to its customers, Craie Design acquired the latest 3D CAD software.
Highly oriented towards international business with about 80% of its turnover realized with foreign countries in 2011, Craie Design must be flexible and reactive.
We work on 3D photo-realistic images to give our customers a more precise idea of their future installations. This interactive tool allows us to refine our proposals as well as to ease our customers’ decisions.
The use of 3D tools also reduces manufacturing and delivery times thanks to its compatibility with numerical command production machines.
Building Information Modeling (BIM – a digital model) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that equips architecture, engineering, and construction professionals with the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.
Endlessly on the lookout for new technologies, materials and trends, our R&D Department designs your pieces of furniture in 3D. With Oculus Rift headset for instance, you can discover them virtually from all angles and examine them down to the very last detail. A 3D printing in stereolithography will also allow you to appraise their dimensions.
Upon specific request, we can also develop videos, enabling you to see your furniture in motion and details.
